Who We Are

International NDT Ltd specialises in creating bespoke inspections of composite or metallic parts using non-destructive methods including ultrasound and dye penetrant.

The company was founded in July 2019, based on 13 years of experience in the leisure marine industry as the NDT division within Marine Results International Ltd.

The creation of International NDT is in recognition of the demand for the skills and experience gained using aerospace methods and techniques adapted to examine composite and metallic parts on yachts that are applicable to other industries.

International NDT retains its focus on leisure marine, offering risk-management/insurance assessments, damage assessment and in-production quality assurance services to vessels of all sizes from weekender power and sailing boats to the world’s largest yachts.

The company focuses is on hands-on expertise with an emphasis on rapid response and personal attention to the clients’ needs.

Increasingly, the inspection team is working on projects across a range of industries including power generation, automotive, aerospace, defence and R&D, developing specific inspection programs to facilitate quality and damage assessment, preparation for life extension of parts and development of manufacturing methods.

Our team are all specifically trained with our partner Lavender NDT Ltd reaching EN4179/NAS410/SNT TC-1A standards.

Through our expertise the organisation also inputs to the ISO developing a standard on the ‘Assessment of Composite Masts and Rigging’.
